The Research Associate Academy (RAA) is a comprehensive training and up-skilling program for students, research analysts, and associates desiring to consolidate their expertise for career progression. In the Academy, we deploy all internal and external resources to teach new quantitative and qualitative methods using tools in the analyses of business and real-life instances. Objectivity and logical consistency are the core values of the RAA.

The Academy also allows for specialization according to interests and our focus areas. Our associates remain in our resource pool from which we conduct outsourcing and placement as support to a great career start.

The RAA holds twice a year – February and July. The standard duration for each program is 2 months.
